Your main goal is a pretty simple one: survive through the obstacle-ridden waters by nailing the jumps and dives. One small mistake or collision, and your journey will end instantly. The further you swim, the higher your score!

How to Play Fish Dive

You must avoid deadly sea creatures, collect treasure, and increase your stats to dive deeper. With a continuous gameplay cycle and idle game elements, every dive offers a new record to break.

Micro-Tap Buoyancy

Unlike horizontal swimming, diving deep requires you to contend with water buoyancy.

Never place your finger on the screen. Instead, use quick, rhythmic taps to make the fish sink or rise slowly and under control.

This lets you thread your way through thick schools of jellyfish or narrow reefs of coral without drifting out of control.

Upgrade Priorities

Many players make the mistake of pouring their funds into swimming speed during their initial dives.

Instead, allocate 70% of your collected gold to upgrading Oxygen/Stamina, and use the remainder for the Gold Magnet.

Diving for longer periods allows you to reach deeper waters. This area is home to treasure chests and rare fish that yield dozens of times more gold than the shallows. Swimming speed only becomes truly useful in the later stages of the game.

Slipstream Hiding

The ocean depths are filled with strong currents that can knock you off course or push you straight into the jaws of predators.

Keep an eye out for faint white wake trails on the screen. If it’s a downward current, ride it to conserve oxygen. If it’s a sideways current that threatens to slam you into an obstacle, quickly tap hard to dash through it.
