Melon Sandbox isn't your typical game. There’s no storyline, no missions, no time limits, and no leaderboards. It is a true 2D physics sandbox where you play as a god with ultimate power! You are free to get creative or test out your wildest ideas on the fruit-based ragdolls.

How to play Melon Sandbox

Since there are no specific objectives, new players might get bored after just tossing the characters around a few times.

The Mad Scientist

Don't limit yourself to lethal weapons; make the most of the syringe system. Inject a virus to turn a character into a zombie, then administer a revival serum to observe the reaction. Try combining an immortality serum with C4 explosives to create a character capable of surviving any catastrophe.

Engineer Build contraptions with wheels, axles, motors and connectors. You can build a fully working helicopter, a crushing machine or a car with automatic machine guns. Setting up buttons to trigger a massive volley of weapons simultaneously is incredibly satisfying.

The Action Director

Make use of the Pause and Slow-Motion features. Arrange a squad of characters armed with machine guns, place a bomb in the center, and determine the trajectory of the flying debris. Then, hit Play in Slow Motion to witness a spectacular scene worthy of a Hollywood blockbuster.

Mods

The game boasts a thriving modding community. Download external mods to add new characters, vehicles, and weapons. Bringing characters from other games or movies into the world of Melon Sandbox will take your creativity to a whole new level.
